At Panel Prestige Outdoors, we strive to ensure you're satisfied with your purchase. If you're not entirely happy, we offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unopened and in its original packaging, or
- Unused and in brand new condition.
Please note: We reserve the right to refuse any returns that show signs of use or are not in new condition.
Change of Mind or Color Variation
If you're returning an item due to:
- A change of mind,
- Ordering the incorrect item, or
- Dissatisfaction due to slight color differences compared to product images on our website, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Please be aware that both natural wood and composite materials may exhibit slight variations in color, grain, or texture due to their natural characteristics or the production process. These natural variations are not considered defects.
To avoid any dissatisfaction, we strongly recommend ordering samples from our website prior to placing a full order to ensure the material, finish, and color meet your expectations.
Return Shipping Costs
- Defective or Damaged Products: If your item is defective or damaged, we will cover the return shipping costs.
- Customer Remorse (Changed Your Mind): If you are returning an item due to customer remorse (e.g., you ordered by mistake or no longer want the item), you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Free Delivery Orders
If your order included free delivery and is returned due to a change of mind, incorrect item ordered, or refusal of delivery, your refund will be reduced by:
- The original delivery fee (as incurred by us), and
- The return shipping fee.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have, and once your return is processed, place a new order for the replacement item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund has been approved. If approved, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
